We offer standard lathe work preformed in-house as well as partnering with a local vendor to provide specialized lathe work including Swiss Turning,
Assembly
Providing added value by reducing the number of parts required for our customer. Instead of order 10 or more items...order the higher level assembly and reduce purchasing cost, receiving cost, on-line time/cost and inventory cost.
Non-Destructive Testing/Inspection
In-house certified Magnetic Particle Incpection allow for fast processing of critical components requiring high level inspection. We also offer Liquid Penetrant, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Borescope, and Thermograph at your facility.
Quality Assurance
Quality lab with CMM, Comparitor and a full range of other gages and inspection equipment First-off, in-process and final inspection process allow for increased quality acceptance with the goal of "Zero Defects" at the customer level.
